Collection of Personal Data. You may provide Personal Data when completing online forms, create an account, join the mailing list, or otherwise correspond with us. 3.3. We Processes Personal Data only if and to the extent, at least one of the conditions listed below shall apply: • Processing is required for the performance of an agreement between you and us, or to undertake steps at your request t prior to the signing of such agreement. • Processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation that applies to us. • You have provided a consent for the Processing of Personal Data for one or more specific purposes. 3.4. LogMeIn already participates in the EU-U.S. and Swiss Privacy Shield Frameworks and is compliant with current applicable EU data protection rules. Data retention 8.1. We will store Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for achieving the purposes set forth in this PRIVACY POLICY and Terms of Service, which includes (but is not limited to) the period during which you have an account with our Platform. We will also retain and use Personal Data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 9. Tracking & Cookies Data 9.1. We incorporate cookies in our system to ease your interaction on our site as well as protect you from fraud and other irregular practices that take place online. The file asks for your permission to download the file to your hard drive. The minute you authorize this process, cookies will be automatically added and it will begin analyzing the traffic on the internet and especially so on the sites you visit. We may use this information to help us identify which emails are more interesting to you and to inform our partners of how many users of our website click on a particular offer on our website (this information does not identify you individually).
